In summary, Bethlehem Engineering, and specifically Theodrose, did a remarkable job in handling the structural design for my renovation. Their dedication, expertise, and outstanding communication made the process a breeze. I would highly recommend Bethlehem Engineering to anyone needing structural engineering services, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
I hired Theodrose from Bethelem to consult on a manhole, an old septic tank that appeared. Theodrose came right away, and I felt confident that he was a structural engineer. Bethlehem subcontracted the hole-filling work to Merchant Floors following an engineering drawing. The work involved excavating the hole, pumping out water from rain, pouring in concrete, and strengthening with rebars. Lots of work!
Great work!
